I've been using this host for about 4 months now and it's still pretty satisfying, I'm currently paying about €3 a month for 16GB traffic and 300MByte storage on a PHP5/Mysql 5 server, so far it's only been down once for about an hour, which isn't too bad at all. I know theres plenty of hosts that offer more for less money, but this provider is actually located quite near my place, which does give a reliable feeling, rather than being hosted by some overselling provider. The features are ok, nothing special really, they're using a SiteWorx cluster/controlpanel, so you can edit most of the required stuff.
