Server: there was less than 99.9% guaranteed downtime so far. The FTP upload speeds are erally slow when HTTP upload speeds are at full. The server works quite well, is loaded with latest PHP versions and MySQL 4.1. I have a dedicated IP which does its job! Customer support: Differently, WebOnce provide good support through IRC as well as support tickets. However, Jacob is not always there meaning that if something happens (yes, downtime!), then nobody replies to you! On the other hand, the support is excellt because of friendliness with customers. The account was set up in two minutes after ordering! Features: Lastest PHP 4 & 5 + MySQL 4.1, Apache 1.3. Run really well and do the function! Pricing: Excellent prices for the value!
