Excellent web host with just the features I needed; great if you want to host multiple sites. No phone support, but email support is very prompt at any time, and always helpful. Only a few short outages in the 3+ years I've been using them. Pricing is quite affordable, and I'm never tempted to switch to a lower-cost hosting service; these guys are worth every penny.
