Since US2 took over for Stargate my sights have all been hacked numerous times and I'm currently locked out of my own control panel since the hackers some how have my new password that I had changed to try to keep them out. US2.net Is the worst service ever. They must work out of a prison.

The price is quite good but the response time is very bad. Service requests have to be repeated several times and a promise to fix a tecnical error doesn't mean that it's being fixed within a day - instead it happend that they had to be reminded of their own promise. Service had been good at Stargate - now I'll switch to another hosting service.

I've had downtime issues with US2 since they acquired the hosting service from stargateinc last year. Like the previous reviewer, I was hacked earlier this month and my sites were down on a weekly basis all month. Support gives promising emails but hasn't delivered. My sites have been down completely for 2 weeks. FTP access also down. I was assured last Thursday it would be fixed in 3-4 hours. It's been 4 days with no response and still no websites. Does anyone have a new host provider to rcommend?

For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to upload new files. Yesterday, I called support (again), and the person I spoke to promised to fix the problem. He didn't. Instead, things got worse; surfers can no longer access my site. "Internet Explorer Cannot Diplay the Webpage." I wound up calling support five times yesterday. Each time I called, someone promised that the problem would be fixed in one or two hours. I would wait two hours, and, when it wouldn't work, I would call again, and receive the same assurances. Never use Us2; it's terrible!

My site was/is hacked and I have been trying for 4 days to get any response from 'Support'. None! I have tried to log in can't. Tried to request password reminder not even an Auto-reply. Do *not use this host.
