During the six years I've been creating and maintaining websites, I've use about seven different hosting companies - from expensive premium to discount hosts. None of them have matched the quality of service I've received from UCVHOST.

The support people are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and eager to solve any problems I run into. And they're willing to go the extra mile to make my job easier, including transferring sites from other hosts for new accounts.

I feel UCVHOST has an unbeatable combination of reliability, reasonable prices, and great support. When people ask me to recommend a hosting company, I send them to UCVHOST.

I had to wait a year before writing my review of UCVHOST to see if there would be any change in the quality of their service. Well, I must say they have greatly exceeded my expectations, and have sustained the quality of their service and customer support all this time. Email response to inquiries has been very fast, and I've never noticed their servers going down, unlike other hosting services I've used over the years, and the UCVHOST servers always feel fast serving up. I strongly recommend UCVHOST.

We want to explain to all our readers that our anti-fraud department canceled Elvis’s payment, as his transaction and account information were unable to pass our criteria for verifying payments. Also this payment will get back into his credit card account within 4-5 working days

We do not get any credit card information on any payment. We have RBS world pay as our payment gateway and we collect payment through them. Elvis’s RBS world pay payment transaction id is “992912815” any one can check the status of this payment with RBS world pay.

I paid by credit card, I had to phone them 48 hours later as I had not got any contact re my account been ready, I checked and see they took my years hosting price from my credit card. I was informed by them that my account was closed by them and that they would refund my monies, this they have not done. I asked as to why they cancelled my account and they said there accounts department told them to do so. My site was not an adult website etc. and I was not expecting high traffic on it. I have not received my money back.

I was also charged a transaction fee, I am here in UK and the hosting fee. I had to inform my credit card company that I believe ucvhostare a fraud and only wanted all my details, I had to cancel my credit card and await a new one.

ucvhost are a fraud and are only after your credit card details.

Waste of my time and money

Pooja is a Scam artist and a Spammer her hosting services have been terminated since she has been spamming out of her hosting account without any consideration for the hosting company even after three warnings the spamming did not stop. We had to terminate her hosting account for these reasons, we can prove her domain has been linked to various online scams, backscatting, and the data has been provided to the said agencies that are looking into this illegal activity.

Hence she is writing this kind of slander against us.

I have the baddest experience with them I paid for a three month plan I never got a confirmation email and when I contacted them I was told that the payment didn't go through. The next day however my bank charged me the amount the for their services. Since I has erased the transaction id from the bank, I only did this because they told me that the payment didn't go through, they couldn't help me! thus I paid for the server and never got the service. They are terrible avoid them at all costs.

off-line and I emailed support several times and they just ignored this issue completely.Tickets are always answered profesionally; they

don't solve/check anything; they don't have back-ups; but they HAVE canned answers
