For the later we had TMD install a pretty high-end software system that includes a shopping cart, Affiliate Marketing Program and E-mail Blast/Autoresponder System. Even though this was far from ordinary the Support Staff got it done in less than 24 hours! We are extremely Grateful for the 24 support and the reliability of the Systems we have at TMD. When things to go down (usually a software glitch) they either get it fixed or refer us to Excellent inexpense outside companies that help us fix it.

TMD hosting guys are great, very different from Godaddy.

godaddy is a good hosting provider, but they give zero technical support and TMD support guys are very knowledgeable !!

When ever I have a problem I can't figure out, the support team is always there. Even on Sundays when I do most of our update to our website. A++++ on everything!!!!!!

This is in regards to my service I received from Bob Davis who is on the Technical Support Team. I have had problems with my forum and he took the time to look into it and found the problem and corrected it.

This was a major headache for me and now it is all better thanks to Bob Davis.

I've been with TMDhosting for nearly a year now.

They have answered every ticket I've submitted promptly and courteously. I'm completely and utterly new to webhosting and everything that goes with it and not once have I felt that I've been talked down too.

Aside from just fixing things, they have told me the problem and how they fixed it.

I certainly feel that I have got what I have paid for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good webhost.

In 17 Years of Web Hosting experience (started in 1993), never had a better initial experience with a Web Hosting company. Excellent.

TMDHosting has on and ongoing basis proved to have great support - both sales and technical. On three specific instances they have truly distinguished themselves with great service. Most recently they really stuck with troubleshooting a difficult problem with our SSL certificate. It was a bumpy road to get the issue resolved, but in the end they came through. I think many providers would have simply given up and refunded the purchase given the small amount of money. I highly recommend them.

I have hosted my sites with them for almost a year now. At one time they had a server and database engine update, which caused corruption to my database. Initially they said my script had caused the problem. When I asked for more details, they could not show me anything. Then I told them that if they had screwed up, they need to at least admit and restore my database. They then told me weekly backup they had was taken right after the database corruption, which was no good then. And the monthly backup was also no good. I was really frustrated. They then pulled out the terms and conditions from the contract, and said that nothing they can do about it. I had to spend a whole week to re do all the data entry work for 1 month.

From then, I learned my lesson: backing up my database frequently.

I've had a web presence for the last six years, used numerious hosts with mixed results. Never had one respond so well or be so willing to go the extra mile. Has my highest reccomendation

I've hosted two accounts with TMD for about a year now. They have replied to every ticket I've submitted within minutes and nothing has ever taken more than an hour to resolve.

The only time my domains/sites weren't working reliably, they let me know the server they were hosted on was having trouble. In a couples hours, they had it migrated to a new one.

They were able to roll back one of my sites from backup when a hacker got in and they've assisted with some of the more obscure MediaWiki bugs.

The ONLY gripe I've had is that domain names don't really have their own control panels al a GoDaddy. But they're primarily a hosting company and not a domain registrar. Overall, it was still pretty painless to set things up.

I would say that their closest competitor is SiteGround but I still recommend TMD by far.
