Signed up for a re-seller package with this host as they were advertising one month free trial, get first month free. In actual fact, unless you sign up at the start of the month, you don't get a free month, as, like me, sign up mid-month, your "first month free" only runs till the 1st! To make matters worse, the first invoice runs for a month from when you sign up but they bill you a week before the months end (fair enough) but, in my case anyway, suspend the account before the due date!! So in fact, I basically had less than a week free month trial. Support were also slow and rude. Obviously I canceled my account, and will never return due to the bad experience with them
