The email is defective 15 per cent of the time and will fail completely every couple months for long intervals up to several days. When you have committed to their service to conduct business when you are out of state and MUST have email, pshift will provide a disaster.

Poor service running the gamut from lacking communication skills, consistently extended web developing hours / costs, unexpected costs when addressing web maintenance... Our website was down for a couple of days once when their servers booted us off for some undisclosed reason, and we spent $500 on our internet providers & computer analysists trying to figure out the problem. They also double-charged us for our year's worth of web hosting, but luckily we remembered having paid that charge already. Constant stress due to website malfunctions under their care, which in turn led to more business for them & out-of-pocket expenses for us. All in all, a very frustrating company to work with.
