My biggest challenge in evaluating hosting companies is finding one that has reliable uptime and responsive customer support. I have hosted over a dozen sites with about 6 hosting companies in the past 10 years. Of all hosting sites, Nomanix is by far the most reliable in uptime. And David (their chief technical support guy) is unbelievably responsive at ALL times of the day. He'll even call you (internationally) if needed to get you up and running. I have hosted my main site with them for 6 years and have not regretted it yet.

Their disk space and bandwidth features are not "unlimited" like other providers. But as I've learned, when providers start making everything "unlimited" then reliability starts going down.

Almost never have problems with any of their services. On the three or four occasions (in 7+ years) I've had any issues emailing them has resolved the problem, in almost every case, in less than an hour. Plan prices are competitive, speed is more than adequate, and reliability is second to none.

Service and support is the best I have ever received; inclusive of all goods and services I have purchased. I recommend them to all my clients.
