Really this is the worst provider in my whole life!

Ive never been so irritated, angry and disgusted the

way I had with leaseweb. This is total bullshit in

the making. This outweights all other shittiness out there.

2 hours and still no respond from anyone responsible

is way below the quality of a server host.

I have order dedicated server on Sunday 22 Jaunary 2012.

My server get ready and lease web sendmi my servser detail.

The server come with plesk panel 9.5 version, Then I update my plesk panel 10.4.4

I have set my nameserver. then I have uplodate my clinet domainname email adres database in 2 days. after 2 days server hdd breakdown, defect, fault. it take to replace new one more then 2 days. still my server is not ready to serve.

I can no recomend any one, theier support only from 09:00 till 17:00 pm.

I'm really happy with LeaseWeb, I have bought 2 servers already AND MORE IS COMING!

Their support is TOP, their support member Adam Moore added me on Skype so he could help me better and answer my questions, I was really happy with this. He helped me a lot, so a big thanks goes to him!

Their server setup is also EPIC, their custom servers can take up to 7 days, which is short for a technical department that makes dozens of them a day.

The features are also epic, you get the choice between cheap TOP operating systems, let's say we want cPanel with Fantastico (discounted) they preinstall it for you! Also an epic thing is their Self Service Center, it's a billing system custom made 24/7/365 available for you to buy new servers etc.

The servers are really cheap, you can buy a Cisco firewall for 80 euros!

This webhost is the worst I ever had. One (single!) person behind sales not working over weekends and absolutely crazy tech support - I never saw so arrogant people in this business.

If your server (HDD, RAM, anything) go down, bad luck - nobody will be able to fix it. Every single thing, even the most easier, is huge problem here. I can't understand how they can survive with so bad customer service.

their support is ridiculous, lack of communications, do not respond to you at all, i keep calling them with no answer, and when i manage to speak to their sale team they keep saying someone working on it! it's been over 5days now and my website is down. and still waiting. don't let the prices attract you,their support is pretty much shamble

Their support is disgusting. I ordered server on 16.10, and get on 29.10 (but on their site they wrote, that dedicated servers are provided on 3-5 business days) I ordered server with private KVM over IP card and, ofcouse prepaid it, but they didn`t istall in into my server! Moreover, they have not made it till now in spite of the fact that I try to achieve correction of the mistake made by them for 5 days!

After looking for a good europe based dedicated server provider I was introduced to leaseweb. I took a look at their packages and prices and they seemed to good to be true, but against my better judgement I went with them, and I have to say I'm glad I did!

The support is excellent, there are a few issues with the lack of an actual billing system, everything is taken care with via emails, however this isn't a major issue. Sales and support staff are amazing, I've had a few queries that needed to be addressed and everytime they've given a concise answer and been very polite.

Their network is brilliant, I've not noticed any downtime or connection problems, when pinging the server it's less than 50MS, which Is brilliant due to my poor home internet connection. My server hardware has so far been functioning very well, not a single problem and not once has it crashed or required a reboot.

Overall I'd say leaseweb are the best host I've ever been with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a budget dedicated server located in europe, their prices are reasonable, their support is excellent and the network is second to none.
