LaneHost is not a web hosting company for the week of heart. With a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%, LaneHost has rarely met their uptime guarantee. Server load is at times high and performance suffers because of it. They have very poor technical support and the majority of the tickets are referred to the "admin" who for the most part appears to be a one man show - Derrick Lane. Tickets are at times answered in a timely fashion but I have seen tickets go days without responses. The reliability of this hosting company leaves much to be desired. The domains that I now host on my reseller account are the last that I have with them. I am now shopping around for a more reliable hosting company. If you want a reliable company, then you should move on and NOT consider LaneHost.
