We've been with imountain.com for almost a year now and thought we'd say something nice about them since they helped us quite a bit when we were setting up our site. They really went out of their way helping us setup our site, they have some experience in real estate so we were able to talk to them in mortgagespeak. That's probably one of the main reasons we went with them since we know real estate but not much about webhosting. Our experience with them has been perfect, their support is unbelievable. They helped us with anything we asked of them. Their reliability is superb. Thanks!

I'm with them since August 07. They answer their tickets very fast and polite. The small issues I had were fixed on instant. In feb 08 they had a Mysql issue that translated in a few hours of downtime. Since then I had no issues at all. I'm now on their luxury servers. I was on the shared cluster and on their VPS. Everything is fast. Overall a 9.50 out of 10 max points. It really feels like I'm not just any other client :)

the last time I wrote about Iron Mountain I was on their shared plan and now I am on their managed luxury cluster and it is amazing. Speeds are the best and my blog has performed well with numerous concurrent connections thanks to their clustered setup and memcache server that is installed on the luxury clster. Support is still wonderful with tickets answered in minutes and problems rectified.

I have had my share of shared hosting accounts for my American Idol Blog over the past couple of years and at the start of each season I outgrow shared hosting since I get over 100,000 visitors a month. I tried dedicated, hate just as many problems and now I have found iron mountain. I have yet to try their managed cluster but do have my blog on their shared cluster till January and I must give them 2 thumbs up. Support is awesome with iron mountain. Most times I have gotten a response within minutes of sending a support ticket and each response is personal and answers the questions or problems addressed, not just a simple canned message. The sales department is exceptional as well helping me decide which plan will be right for me once my blog hits the bigtime again in January and already have gone above and beyond setting up weekly backups for me. The only negative is that being they are clustered they don't use CPANEL which most people are accustomed to. They use HSPHERE which in my opinion is far superior than CPANEL just a little harder to learn. Final Thoughts - Will keep my current blog and all future blogs with iron mountain. They have made me feel welcome. Give them a try today.

i have been with iron mountain for more than 3 months and couldn't be happier. i was with media temple for a while, and had a good/great experience with them, but my site was outgrowing the grid service. so, after much research i chose iron mountain. my site is currently on one of their luxury cluster solutions- which is a little bit more than i wanted to spend but definitely worth the extra cash. uptime, speed and customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. their support has gone above and beyond to help me with even the most remedial of issues - some of them my own doing. they have always been personable and really seem to value me as a customer. all in all, i couldn't be happier with my decision. so much, that i bought a years worth of their shared clustered hosting, too. highly recommended!
