InteractiveOnline first attracted me with their reasonable prices. I purchased their shared plan which was activated immediately after submitting payment. I haven’t had to contact their customer support yet since I found their knowledge base to be very helpful with step-by-step video tutorials. I did read the reviews about them before I purchased a package and their support appears to be top notch. As for server performance I can say that my website loading speed is great and stability is high. Keep up the good work InteractiveOnline!

InteractiveOnline is an excellent and yet very affordable webhosting service provider. I've experienced hardly any downtime over the last three years and really count on their excellent support for the very different projects I host with them. There are some features missing in shared hosting such as remote SQL access - which again is another measure of security on their side. Overall this has become my dream-host after working with many other hosting companies.

I've only been using them a few months, but so far technical support has been lightning fast.

I chose this site, while deciding to move a few of my websites, after a few dreadful experiences with other hosting companies. I spoke with David and within minutes decided to try interactive online. It's been over a year, and I love this company. My support tickets are always responded to, sometimes even fixed within the hour....It's amazing how reliable they are. For example, I contacted II, 2 days about updating their servers with some new packages as well as modifying FFMPEG. Not only did Dave get back to me immediately, but the admins fixed both issues and everything was working perfectly within 24 hours.

My other hosting companies in the past, would give me a blanket response...."We can't modify our servers for one person..."

I chose this host purely based on the reviews I read here. They only have a few, but all users spoke highly of it. I decided to give it a go. There is a reason why they've had such good reviews. Great support and features, at a reasonable price. I just started hosting with them. So far, all is working well!

I was hosting all my sites at another hosting company, that turned out to be a complete nightmare, so I was forced to find a new host for my 41 web sites.

I did my homework and research for a new host, and due to everyone's very positive remarks / comments about Interactive Online Web Hosting, I chose them.

I started moving some of my sites to their "New Home" that went very smoothly, except one site that would not pull up.

I sent a support ticket, and ( I double checked) within 6 minutes, I had my first reply, and within 20 minutes the site was running like a "Greased Whippet" !!

And, it was not a simple solution, it turned out to be my .htaccess file was causing the problem, and to get the site working Interactive Online had to change some PHP settings to work with my .htaccess.

The fact that Dave and the Admin(s) managed to pinpoint this problem, and solve it within 20 minutes means they are Not just reading from a " Troubleshooting for Dummies" manual, but that they actually know what they are doing, and an extra bonus is the correspondence was clear, to the point English.

Without hesitation, I give Interactive Online Web Hosting a 10/10 with a Gold Star.

I almost don't want to tell anybody about these guys. Seriously, after years of sucky hosts, spotty support, and unexplained outages, I found the glorious oasis that is InteractiveOnline.

I was suffering from the dreaded 500 server error before I switched to them. I was sure that the problem was not on my end. The nasty thing about a 500 error is that a crappy host will lay it on your software even though we all know the problem was in overextended servers.

But those days are over for me now for good it seems. InteractiveOnline's servers are fast and well configured. Not only did they completely move my Joomla/VirtueMart site, email, SSL, databases Etc for me (for a very nominal fee), but the site itself feels responsive and professional.

The support staff at InteractiveOnline have been very responsive, helpful and wise (yeah, that's you David T.). I feel very fortunate to have found these guys. So don't sign up with them. Leave all the hosting goodness for me!
