People have only changed their name and surname in this company. They cant even handle zip files. or not even able to copy files.

Their Database Restore utility does not work in pleks control panel.

On control panel File upload and extract does not works many times.

When I log in to pleks control panal if tried to upload the file again and again Login Screen is displayed even after trying for 100 times noting is working.

They have the better people with technical knowledge to understand the problem, as compared to other hosts.

They try to understand the problem, so they have better chances to solve it as compared to other host.

Crystal Report is working on the site.
