I signed up with this host about a month ago after seeing a thread about its design. I looked around throughout the website and was impressed with the pricing and features. The perk that sold me was the $1.99 to upgrade to reseller status. This made the plan basically a reseller plan while still being extremely cheap. I rarely use support since everything has ran smoothly so far, but when I did, they got back to me within an hour or two which is fine by me. Overall I would rate them 9.5 out of 10.
