Downthe.NET was founded in 2006 by people that understood what a typical host should offer. After being with several free hosts that included NetFirms, Web1000, Tat-Webhost, Xeeblo, FusionXHost and AhPlace they came to the same conclusion with each. It was always 'Not enough of this' or 'Not Enough of that'; none of the hosts offered it all.
