We have used DotNetPark as our hosting provider for 3 years now for one of our minor websites. Recently, the performance have been very poor. As our traffic has steadily increased the performance have been accordingly worse. Our site has been down for 3 days now. We cannot recommend this hosting service to any serious business. Naturally, we are now terminating our account.

Since last week I dealt with Ajay who helped to install DNN for me. I am an absolute novice and must have asked some very basic questions, however I received some of the best customer service ever. As you can imagine before choosing a supplier I have researched far and wide, the service Ajay ave was unmatched (internationally). Very good hosting service. Moved from godaddy.com to here. Tried other hosting sites, and didn't like them. They really do "bend over backwards" to help you in every little bit of support you need. Average response time from email to me is about 10 minutes (sometimes less than 5!). They currently support ASP.NET 4.0 and SQL Server 2008, which other hosting sites lacked! Overall, I love these guys! :) :) :)

The support is worst. These people support only for marketing & sales and not for problems. we hosted to these people two days back and after that email are not yet configured. we are trying to contact them but no response. we sent 100 mails regarding this. but no use. very poor technique support.

If you need Windows hosting DotNetPark should be your first and only choice. I have been using DotNetPark for over 2 years, and now have 5 web sites hosted with them some with sub-domains, all now use asp.net 3.5, most have ajax features. If you have a problem 99% of the time its something silly I've done wrong you will probably get a response to your email in less that 15 minutes, if you dont us Live Messenger to contact them for immediate assistance (who else offers this service). They bend over backward to help their customers and have been known to give advise free advice on .net development issues.
