Have just the basic hosting package with them but have always received a level of support that you would only expect to receive with some premium hosting providers. They always go that extra mile and have helped me to sort many problems over the years that are more to do with my lack of expertise in my web design skills! Aventure is not only very cost effective for the services they provide but their customer service is top notch. They are very quick to respond to any questions/concerns and very often my question is answered within an hour! They are very patient with my newbie questions and won't stop until my concerns are met. I highly recommend Aventure to anyone looking for a host that cares!

I was with Aventure for eight years and, to their credit, it was mostly uneventful. Small issues were quickly resolved through a ticket system and the uptime was generally good. They're friendly enough, unless you challenge their version of events or make a complaint, in which case they quickly turn snooty on you. For example, they used to have a customer message board where any hint of a complaint was routinely deleted. And that month-long outage a few Christmases ago when one of their servers completely died? Apparently the service level agreement didn't apply to my account, despite them regularly emailing me to boast about it. The final straw came when they tried to bill me a full three months earlier than usual and tell me that my renewal date was a month earlier than it should be and always had been (despite me having evidence to the contrary). I'm now happy with a different host. They've still spammed me with an invoice every morning for the last six months though.

I have tried a number of hosts, both in the UK and US, and rate AventureHost amongst the best (if not the best). I am a web developer and run a number of different sites including blogs, custom scripts, forums etc. and know what makes a good host. AventureHost are definitely that. The support is great, pricing is top (especially for a UK host) and no problems so far. I recommend nobody needs to look past AventureHost for hosting. Thanks guys!

Aventurehost.com I have a basic reseller package and wanted to extend my profile so I purchased an extra domain name - excellent value by the way - they showed me the quickest and easiest way to park my mirror site. Recent experience has shown some really good support from Aventure Host who are the ISPs for the above site. Glitches and problems were put in the way for a name transfer from a previous, budget and low-quality provider, but Aventure had a single support person accompanying the transfer all the way to smooth the process. When glitches occur Aventure are very fast in resolving them - again, they appear to now use dedicated support personnel to each VISP which helps things significantly. Upsides: Price, control panels, flexibility, support. Downside: when trying out very new functionality the second line support team was (2008, though) lacking in solid skills.

As someone brand new to the world of web hosting, I have found Aventure to be everything I wanted in a host. The support is phenomenal - very quick to reply and never condescending to a newbie (though I'm sure all my questions are trivial!). The interface of cPanel is extremely easy to navigate as well. I also really appreciate the plethora of video tutorials, FAQ sections and overal "help" topics that Aventure offers. As far as pricing goes, I did research for several weeks and for the price, Aventure offered the most features and highest quality of any host company that I found! Overall I am extremely pleased with Aventure and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and cost effective web hosting.

IT companies sometimes promise to deliver so much yet fall short of the mark; this is most definitely not the case with Aventure. I started off using Aventure’s email marketing service, choosing them because they offered a full turn key solution of email design, database management and statistical analysis for each email campaign, 8 months on I am still using the service because they have consistently excelled in each of these key areas. Due to the professional service that I received in the email marketing I have now chosen Aventure to provide website design, server hosting and graphic design services. In each of these areas Aventure have delivered above and beyond expectations, through both the speed of delivery and the quality of the end product. I can honestly say to anyone looking for a company to meet their IT requirements, to stop looking and choose Aventure.

I have had very few issues which have required me to contact their support team, but the issues I have had have been answered or resolved very promptly, almost instantly at times! Overall I cannot fault the service and reliability of aventure in any respect.

I have been using Aventure Hosting for six years now. I find the range of services on offer to be excellent. The pricing is very competative and the support team are extremely prompt and helpful. I have used a number of hosting companies at different times, but I am still to find anybody to rival the Aventure package.

Il start by saying that Aventure host is a really great host, with top notch support and now iPhone Push notifications if my server network goes down so I and the datacenter team can react fast. ive used aventure host for approximately 7 months and have been extremely happy with their service. i've moved from another provider running plesk to aventure host using cpanel, whilst the change took a couple of days to get used to, the control panel is fantastic, and allows me to do 10x more than I could previously - so very pleased!! A+
