We faced great issues when leaving Aruba. In fact you can't leave Aruba hosting without a significant down time. Our site went totally off line for 19 hours, just because of their silly policies.

Good for domain parking or domain registration with mail and DNS management only. Shared hosting is cheap but not interesting. Don't know about dedicated.
