Their downtime sucks. It reaches up to 24 hours in a month. You call their phone for tech support, the machine answers, and when you are asked to dial their extension number for support, the call automatically ends. You end up wandering and I am quite fed up with this service!

I've been a web developer for around 7 years and have used a bunch of hosts. One of things that gives me nightmares at night is having a problem with a website and not being able to pick up the phone and talk to a person who knows what the heck he's doing.

I tried out ADE based on their feature set for a reseller and have to say I'm pretty pleased so far. I can host unlimited domains for a decent price and joomla gives me all "green checks" when doing an install. I can't say how much time it saves me when I get all green checks with a host in joomla. That there is a big plus.

The biggest thing though is support. I want to be able to talk to a live person when I have a problem. So far, a person has answered the phone with ADE. Email support is pretty decent too.

So far so good with them.
