a2b2 has been good until a few months ago. Support quality is not comparable to other VPS providers such as ServInt, SLhost or LiquidWeb. Not only I've seen more downtime lately due to unknown reasons, but response from support got quite slow and unprofessional to say the least. I won't recommend this company and ask people to go elsewhere.

Have used a2b2 for the past few years with absolutely no problems - superb support, superb service, keenly priced products. Recently, however, there has been a spate of incorrect billing, unexplained and unscheduled downtime of several VPS nodes, and hardware failures - all with a large ration of excuses as to what's actually going on.

Hopefully they'll take note and improve...!

Had a dedicated server with A2B2 for 5 months however eventually left due to no longer needing the server. Their prices are pretty high for what you get plus they have a very strange way of providing support. Other than that the service is great (for a reseller).

Outstanding host. Never had any problems with it. I don't know about their VPS packages, but my dedicated server's been running without problems for the last 6 months.

VPS and dedicated hosting company. Their support is amazing regardles of what time of day (or night) it is. Performance is pretty good. It is very important to monitor your own server whebmysql, dns or ftp goes down. Restarting it only takes one click. They will install any software you want once you signup.
