We've been with Total Choice for coming up on close to ten years now. I don't remember exactly how we found them way back when, but we are sure glad we did. To this very day.

The support at TCH has always been top notch and the hosting experience there has always exceeded our high expectations. The family forums are full of helpful folks always willing to lend a helping hand. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change one single thing. TCH really treats you like family!

I have been hosting with Totalchoice for about 2 years. I have had no downtime that I know of and they have always responded to my support issues.

I used TCH for about 8 years, they used to be a good company and then last year started having lots of downtime, plus their customer service started to sink like a rock. Apparently staffing was cut and trying to get ahold of anyone when you had issues was impossible. I had probably the worst experience with them that I have ever had with any company. Personal letters/emails and phone calls to the owner were never returned. Apparently they didn't care about the 50 plus accounts I had with them plus all the people I had recommended use them after many years.

they mixed up my name with a client's and they think my client owns my domain name. They will not allow me to renew my domain name and have given me no option to renew it. They are being highly uncooperative. Now the site and email are down today and I've left a message and submitted a ticket with the hosting service and have received no reply. They do not answer the phone. This is terrible customer service

I have used and recommended Total Choice for the past five years with nothing but compliments.

Though I am currently hosting my site on a private server, it is only for cost and educational reasons.
