Good customer support via telephone and email. lacks some extra features that other sites have. Their control panel kinda sucks IMO but everything is done through ftp anyways. Its an extra $30 or so to host more than one domain name on their megaphase package. Otherwise its a good deal and they do have good customer support.

I've been with Midphase for a year and a half now. Overall, I've been mostly satisified. They experience little downtime. The cPanel is very easy to use and full of features.Though, I am dissapointed with the limitations on the smallest package. You are limited in subdomains, databases, etc. Customer service is helpful but slow at responding. Overall, while they are a nice host with good features, I will use someone else for future website hosting.
