I just signed up with them with the WHMCS plan. 24 hours after paying for the service, I still don't have an email or anything from them. When I contact support, the email spits back at me, saying it's an invalid host. When I open a ticket with them, I need to register, but I don't have permission because I'm not a member yet. What kind of service is this? I have sent a claim to PayPal, and hopefully I will be able to escalate it and get my money back.

Fast server, tech support is responcive and helps you to figure out issues, even if its not their fault. When they upgraded all their servers I had a whole heap of issues to deal with, mostly do to running a complex custom app in a shared hosting enviorment. but support worked them all out eventually. They don't just leave you hanging.

Very poor service - don't believe their money back guarantee. They try to upsell you on everything. Their technical support is horrible. I bet these people work for iHubnet - I don't know how they could give 5 star reviews!

1. Company did not pay for a monthly WHMCS (Billing License) I had with them to the company whmcs.com

2. Hosting Account went down due to what they claim an IP issue.

3. Server just goes down and i'm unable to ping the server.

The link I provided shows images of the server being down, support ticket, and the thread shows how they like to avoid admitting they were at fault!
