I have been with GalaxyVisions.com for a couple years hosting my business however as from last week they closed down my account without even giving me a reason or allowing me to get my site files from the server

I have done nothing wrong apart from being a loyal customer and they have stolen my business and not even given me a reason why they closed my account

i am really upset as I have now lost my site and they refuse to even reply or answer my emails

Use this company at your own risk as if there is any problems they will not hesitate blaming you and ripping you off

One other issue I have is that it seems impossible to cancel your credit cards that they keep on file .

I had some bad experiences early on with this company. However, it appears that they have worked out their bugs, and I am now very happy with them.

Their support team responds to tickets promptly, around the clock, and has resolved problems for me consistently and quickly.

Their servers are located in New York City, and this has led to an occasional outage during severe weather. For this reason, I would still be reluctant to recommend them if your situation cannot tolerate any downtime. It has been quite rare though, and it will be a rare host indeed that does not have some downtime issues. Features, for the money, are hard to beat, both for VPS and fully dedicated packages.

Very good host, best ive ever been with. There tech team always helps me with replacing bad HW that I have colocated there, they re-setup there network for better voip routes for me. Very easy to work with, would recommend to anyone

I was attracted to GalaxyVisions by the pricing. The old adage rings true, you get what you pay for. Support is lackluster and sluggish, server down a lot. Then today, their entire operation crashed because they had a power outage and did not have a UPS or backup generator in place! My server was down for 12 hours. Cheap outdated server components. If you want cheap cheap cheap, and don't need your site to be up at all times, this is a good option. Otherwise, steer clear!

Terrible uptime! In the past 3 months we have had our site go down at least once a week sometimes for an hour or more. We are on the linux VPS and their support team is vague and not informative about the problems. They reboot the servers without telling you which causes more downtime and it has been an absolute nightmare!

We have been with Galaxy for over 5 years and since day one, we have experience unmatched uptime and customer service has been top notch. Its a trustworthy company that really provides personal attention and this is something thats hard to find these days. I strongly recommend them, for the network speeds, customer service and reliability.

I had GalaxyVisions for over a year. While I had them they were OK. Very cheap. Now that I am done with them they will not close my account and stop billing me. I closed my account in October and I have been billed three more times: November, December, and January.

They don't have a lot of features, they charge for reinstalls. They will install Debian Linux but not Ubuntu.
