Only used as registrar, but for many years. Their pricing far from cheapest, but fair. I always appreciated their clean, no-nonsense, service oriented site. Lately however I see they have made a change. (no comment on that)

Dotster has good pricing, fair support - our hosting was actually done by a reseller, and while their support was generally good, Dotster is unable to make changes for customers of its resellers. We, too, had blacklisting problems which were quickly addressed by the reseller with which we dealt, and, on occasion, suffered VERY slow load times.
