I did not choose this company. I was sold to this company from another. It took them over 2 weeks to initially setup my VPS. After that, it was up and down constantly. My cPanel License has been deactivated 4 times. Support has NEVER responded to an e-mail. They only responded to a ticket once. If I NEED support I have to try to catch the owner on AIM - which he ignores me most of the time. After 3 months, and not paying a dime to this company (they never fixed billing issues)...I have switched away to a more reliable company.
