I have used this host since 1999 or 2000. Currently operate 4 low traffic sites. Snappy response time for small pages (media streams seem to have some latency, but that was for highly demanding app and might have improved if I were more sophisticated in my config.) very human and professional support. CPANEL interface is okay, not wonderful like Media Temple, with whom we operate a couple of experimental heavy-streaming sites. Prices are rockbottom. In a decade only one or two very brief downtimes and even those might have been systemic issues. Dudes are in Quebec.
