I upgraded and paid for clustered in June 08 and have not received an upgrade yet (Nov 08). I asked for a refund and they could only give me back half, because someone bought out the company...
Complete BS...stay away from them.

I have upgraded to this package and I was not impressed at all, my site goes down at least twice every week and it is not as fast as promised, I really think to switch to another service.
